Driver Programs
Flexible AirAsia Ride drivers, without any ties to specific programs. By default, any new drivers registered with Airasia Ride will be joining a flexi programs.
There are no specific KPIs. Drivers only need to maintain rank-based KPIs to keep their ranks and meet incentive-based KPIs to be eligible for incentives.

A Full-Time Driver Program. It’s like a trial period.
(If drivers performed they will be offered the AllStar Program for better benefits).
Drivers will be offered from flexi programs. Based on their consecutive performance. The selection process includes:
1. Achieving flexi incentives KPI
2. Demonstrating high-performance
KPI
• Minimum 8 hours of driving per day
• Earn at least RM1,500 per week
• 90% completion rate
• Operate in high-demand Klang Valley areas.
• Attend a compulsory 1-hour weekly meeting
• Participate in exclusive AirAsia Ride activities
• Maintain integrity—no fraud or gaming
• Uphold a positive attitude and professionalism

To join the AirAsia Ride Allstar Driver program, drivers must be selected from the Captain Pro program based on their performance. The selection process includes:

2. Demonstrating High Performance
3. Consistently Offering Excellent Service.
KPI
• Minimum 8 hours of driving per day
• Earn at least RM1,500 per week
• 90% completion rate
• Operate in high-demand Klang Valley areas (Cyberjaya included)
• Attend a compulsory 1-hour weekly meeting
• Participate in exclusive AirAsia Ride activities
• Maintain integrity—no fraud or gaming
• Uphold a positive attitude and professionalism

KPI
• Complete at least 30 airport trips
• Maintain an airport completion rate of 90% or above
• Maintain an overall completion rate of 85% or above
• No system cancellations for advance bookings
• Maximum of one passenger complaint for NPS
• No fraud incidents
• Maintain a driver rating of 4.8 or above
• Any complaints or fraud incidents will result in rank revocation.

All day shift.
• Monday - Sunday
• 8:00PM - 4/5 AM
• Completed minimum 22 airport trips for one (01) week.
Weekend Shift
• Monday morning and Friday - Sunday

• Completed minimum 12 airport trips for one (01) week..
