We discussed Asian hate over Zoom with a focus on the effect of the ongoing pandemic at the time. It was a space to shared our collective struggle with Asian hate.

A collaboration with Pupsupport, we helped raise funding for the Asian Counseling and Referral Service by selling artwork and other goods.

We collected to celebrate our efforts in not only surviving but thriving one year into the Covid-19 pandemic. It was a mix of fun activities and time spent with friends.

We collaborated with the local U-District chipotle to raise funds for AAMH's future events. It was a delicious start to the Winter quarter.

A collective discussion about our mental health and family dynamics, we joined guest speaker, Dr. Mandy Lu, to navigate how we can relate to our relatives. 

We met over Zoom to discuss the critical relationship that academics and mental health have for students. It was space to navigate joined struggles of academia, mental illness, and emotional exhaustion.

We discussed over Zoom the concept of the Model Minority and that narrative causes harm to the Asian community and mental health's' of those within it.
