Hello, I am Aaisha Bhandari, currently studying bachelor's  in Early Childhood Education at Ikon Institute. I have been in Australia about 2 and half years but i am from Nepal which is my birthplace. I am thrilled for my first placement which is about 16 days, where i will get to immerse myself in a real-world reality. This opportunity is so exciting because i will be working directly with children, helping them learn and grow in a nurturing environment. I'm driven by the opportunity to make positive impact and create inclusive, nurturing environments where all children can thrive.

I see every child as a competent, inquisitive, and distinct person with a unique combination of experiences, passions, and potential. Children actively participate in their education and contribute a wealth of diverse viewpoints and ideas to the classroom. Since it fosters a sense of confidence and belonging, I think every child has the right to feel appreciated, respected, and part of their learning community.

I believe that teaching should be child-centred, encouraging curiosity, creativity, and a passion for learning. As a teacher, it is my responsibility to mentor and assist students while fostering a secure, welcoming environment where they may learn at their own speed and feel appreciated. In addition to encouraging independence and critical thinking, my goal is to support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of my children.
