Exchange Where Listed

Sulu Sea Development Corporation (before its incorporation to ASIA AMALGAMATED HOLDINGS CORPORATION) went public in March of 1973 and where listed both in the Manila and Makati Stock Exchanges now unified under the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE).

On October 6, 1995 the Security and Exchange Commission approved the change of the Company's name to its present one.
