Art Academy London, Contemporary Portraiture Stage 1 2021 present "Inside Out".

Going beyond the simplicity of a three-letter word, the “Inside Out” exhibition is a visual exploration of the meaning, connections and emotions that “out” generates.

Though this exhibition began with the stimuli of the word “out”, it soon developed into very personal and individual interpretations. The central theme is the different thoughts and responses the word “out” means to the collaboration of six artists who have come together for this project.

Each painting is a personal expression of the connections, experiences and observations that the artists have made through either studies of others or their own personal journeys. Some of these represent what was happening in the external world and or the freedom to get out whilst others are an assimilation and manifestation of inner emotions.
