Our Rules with Reviewing Vehicles

Trusting a young adult with a brand new car is very hard to comprehend, but at A8 Reviews, we always strive to find better and discover how we can make the review process easier, smoother, and the least strenuous as possible. To help get a feel for how we are aiming to make our reviews as painless as possible, we've created the PEACEFUL standard, seven rules that our team must STRICTLY abide to.

PROFICIENCY

At A8 Reviews, we have high standards that we must meet when reviewing vehicles. We always try our absolute hardest to make a very high-quality review, but we know mistakes will happen. We always believe that we can make a better review, no matter how excellent it went.

ENDORSEMENT

On every single review we post, we ALWAYS give endorsement to those that helped us make it happen. You can find it both verbally and worded, in the video and in the description box respectively. Without your help, our reviews wouldn't be happening.

ACCOUNTABILITY

We understand. Trusting young adults with a brand new car. Even more worrying if they have the keys to an expensive or rare car! At A8 Reviews, our core principle when reviewing cars is that we always hold ourselves accountable for our actions, even if its a major mistake. If one of the members accidently breaks a part on the car, they will notify you themselves, face-to-face (or immediately if part is very important to the functioning of the vehicle). If we notice a part that is broken or doesn't belong, we will immediately notify you.

Sometimes dealers trust us well enough to allow us to take the vehicle out on public roadways, or even out for a drive, even if its around the dealership. We know its a very hard thing to trust, but we entirely understand if we aren't able to drive the vehicle. We don't push to drive the vehicles, especially if its super rare or expensive, as we don't want to add any unnecessary stress to you or the management team.

COMMUNICATION

This is one of our core principles with our reviews. Communication is key. If there is any shortage of it, everything goes wrong. No matter what, we always keep in touch with our dealerships and associates not only to set up reviews, but to let them know of our location (if we film off-property), any problems that arise when reviewing the vehicle, when the review is uploaded to YouTube, and so much more. We always make sure you have our team director's current phone number, just in case you need to reach one of us.

We will note that during filming, all of our members phones will be silenced (to vibrate), in order to prevent any violations of our strict Review Standards. So if there is any delay in response to you, it will mean we are still filming or driving the vehicle. We will try to respond as quickly as we possibly can.

EASE

We want you to feel at ease. Our team is meticulously built with _ major personalities that ensure every bit of trust you are willing to give us; courteousness, professionalism, respect, responsibility, and understanding. No matter what, our ultimate goal is to not only provide an excellent review, but to ensure that you and your dealership are at complete ease and worry-free.

FRIENDLINESS

The first impression counts. We cannot stop at just talking kindly. We smile as soon as we greet. We always run on high self-esteem, and never in anger. Because positive and undivided attention not only helps us, but benefits us; but not just us... YOU.

UNDERSTANDING

We know life can throw a massive curveball at a moment's notice. We know that the wonderful weather we have in Pennsylvania can happen. We know a car we select to review can get sold. There's a million things that can happen to throw our preparations and even during our reviews out the door. We understand. No matter what, we understand the car sales business. We love to hear that you've sold a car, and that's what matters to us the most.

LEAD

We know that you will probably never have a YouTube car reviewer walk into your dealership asking to review a car in your inventory. We understand, as we've had many miscommunications from dealerships we've visited. We always want to set a lead example, and try to become a well-known YouTube car reviewer. We want to take the lead using our seven principals, and become the most trusted automotive young journalist team in the state.
