Having a plan is a necessity in order to meet your goals in a timely fashion. Once you sign up for A Taylor'd Nutrition Plan, information is collected from you, a plan is created and off to the grocery store you shall go! You will want to have a food scale in order to make meal prepping easy. You can get This one at Walmart or This one from Amazon. They're less than $20 and super easy to use!
Meal prepping and weekly grocery shopping go hand-in-hand in my opinion & are a necessity in order to ensure that you make progress in a healthy way. SURE, you could go through the drive-through every day and incorporate that food into your daily caloric allowance and make it 'fit your macros', but doing that REGULARLY most likely won't get you closer to the healthy YOU that you want to be. My plans are not a "quick fix" that will get you "skinny". They teach you how to plan ahead for success and eat for life regardless of your current situation;
NOBODY is ever "too far gone".
Once you've purchased your monthly plan, be ready to take the information that I will be sending you and set some time aside to simply read through it and let it digest. I have created these tools for you to help teach you what it took me years to figure out. I lay it all out for you- plain and simple, but it is honestly up to you to implement it. Those who have reached out to me and signed up are dedicated to making some serious changes to their eating habits and it is already paying off for them! I would love nothing more than to help you do the same if you're ready!
Let's get healthy!
"Overnight Oats" are a delicious meal to prep in mason jars for the entire week. They stay perfectly in the refrigerator for 7 days!
These ones are green because I added Spirulina powder to them! If you leave that out it would simply look like oatmeal!
