Hello ASSIST members! Welcome to our work in progress website. We are so excited to start this club; thank you for helping us make that happen. :)
Below is our contact list, our reason for creating this club, our initiative, as well as some notes on how to navigate the website.
In each subject page, there are links corresponding to each individual class. For subject groups like language and science, there are more links for each specific course. This helps us organize all the content in their own subjects.
If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions, feel free to email anyone in the contact list!

NOTE: Make sure to put this in as a course, NOT a group!
We created this club because our past years of high school have been filled with different struggles, especially when it comes to studying for tests and quizzes, as well as midterms and finals. There have been many nights where we have slept late, sometimes even pulling all-nighters. Even without the exams, some classes have been extremely tough on us. Despite these issues, we have learned so much along the way as well as how to help each other. We depended on each other through our struggles and learned how to ask for help. We came up with the idea for this club last year, when we thought about how much easier our experience would have been if we knew what we know today. So we thought, "Why not share this information?" This club is our way of making sure that current and future high school students feel a lot less stress as well as more confidence in themselves.
We want to ensure that incoming students don't have to feel as though they aren't able to study, lack resources, or feel like they can’t reach out. We do this by...
Creating an environment for students to thrive both intellectually and mentally
Teaching others how to manage time & stress in high school for said students to thrive
Providing easy to use and access resources to help students utilize the tools available to them
This is a very expansive google sites so we just wanted to let you know where things are.
If you scroll all the way up you will see separate pages for different subjects, a list of the Assisters available, and a Study Tips & Tricks Page.
This is mentioned at the beginning of the page but just a reminder that each of the various subjects is divided by course (so Math would be divided into Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II & III, Precalculus, Calculus, etc).
Use these tools to navigate and go to the area you need help in!
You can also just go to the main page for each subject and there will be links to each course there as well
We have also embedded many google docs filled with resources and tools into the courses. If you want to expand a doc, click on it, and then click the box with the arrow inside, that will lead you to the specific resource
Hope this helps and good luck! ☺️
