I have nothing against reasonable and modest omissions. The discussions of having only premise and conclusion without reasoning process are suspected of plagiarism and cheating.
Lin (2009) was titled Construction of orthogonal and nearly orthogonal Latin hypercubes The word "Construction" is not preceded by the indefinite article "A", which should be a comprehensive introduction to OLHD & NOLH construction methods. But neither the author could be found with a comprehensive presentation of their own contributions, nor a comprehensive review of the topic in the field.
The main result of this paper describes a method and derives a theorem. It is not understood by means that the method and the theorem has generality for constructing OLHD and NOLH. In addition to blaming myself for my lack of knowledge and my low level of English, the article is really unworthy of its name. Among them, the derivation of the two expressions (4) and (5) for A'jAs was omited all necessary reasoning process and cannot be read. Perhaps these omitted processes have already been described by another author, and I am ignorant; perhaps the author is saving expensive page fees.
Until Section 3, Lin(2009) said that coupled is an embodiment, the history, definitions, algorithms, examples and references of the coupling method are all omitted. I have to suspect that the coupling method was discovered by someone else.
OLHD & NOLH in Table 1 and Table 2 in Section 3 of Lin (2009) occupy a large space as coupled supporting roles, and they are constructed using the direct method. The author said that "shown in Table 1" and "Table 2" were obtained by a computer search. To the best of our knowledge, these are new;" These are some lies.
These OLHD & NOLH cannot be searched by Internet search engines, and a special code must be executed. The algorithm uses mcc as the optimization objective function and the exchange method as the accelerator, and constructing sequentially column by column, which is called sequential construction. The mcc was changed to max by her, and the exchanging method was not mentioned. Lin (2008) only used the five letters "we get" to replace the entire derivation process and method description for the exchanging method. She dared not write her real construction method and process, and what she omitted is stolen goods.
Lin (2009) simply calls this sequential construction process "search", and the use of search to temporarily replace the construction only occurs in the abstract of He (2009).
Figure 6.1 He (2009) used "search" to replace the construction in the abstract.
The exchanging algorithm in He (2009):
The exchanging algorithm in Lin(2008):
Lin (2008, 2010) also lied that "Lin (2008) reported an algorithm adapted from that of Xu (2002)". Xu (2002) exchange method is not suitable for the construction of orthogonal hypercubes. Even an improved algorithm of Xu (2002) should not use only 5 letters.
The derivation process of Xu (2002)'s algorithm is very long, we imitate C.D.Lin, "get" the key results are put here, please compare who her algorithm is more like.
