The concepts of zero-correlation and weak-correlation designs are specific by He (2009), they were defined in real Euclidean space and are closely related to the critical value of correlation, Lin(2008) Moving the concept of zero correlation-weak correlation in real Euclidean space into Latin space and produces a series of systematic errors, and revealed its theoretical where from. These definitions in Lin(2008) are evidence of stealing He (2009).
Latin hypercube design(LHD) has been defined by some scholars before C.D.Lin, LHD has only one characteristic, with equal spacing between two adjacent levels. For example, Ye (1998) use the level equal spacing of each variable xk to define the Latin Hypercube Design (LHD), and the Orthogonal Latin Hypercube Design (OLHD) is defined by the LHD which satisfies condition (1)
(xi,xj)=xiTxj=0, (for all i,j;i≠j)...................(1.1)
Equal spacing betoween levels means that the spacing may be 1 or may not be 1 or be not an integer, and the midpoint may or may not be at 0. For example, the 16-run OLHD constructed by Steinberg and Lin (2006) with 12 orthogonal columns has a level spacing other than 1, and the level of Mckay's LHS is fractional. C.D.Lin cites these literature, but gives no reason to abandon the literature definition, define the LHD category with a special case of literature LHD, and exclude the typical literature LHD from the LHD category.
These definitions in Lin(2009)were pave the way for stealing the existence theorem for zero-correlation design. When she finds that the permutation set of the first LHD she defines has only zero-correlated subsets, and no orthogonal subsets. She had to urgently modify the scheme and define a second LHD with another LHD special case.
Figure 1.2.4 Lin (2008) urgently defines a new LHD.
In this way, several different definitions are given in two adjacent paragraphs for the same concept. These definitions are not slightly different as Lin claims, but fundamentally different, typical of double definition. Three LHD definitions and three orthogonality definitions are used simultaneously in Lin-Tang's system, where is the scientific rigor? !
There is no calm and rigorous scholar who will not delete the erroneous exposition found, and let it remain in the paper, She was in a hurry to announce her work before He (2009) was published. In the busy and frantic, she didn't delete the stolen items. This also proves that the doctoral supervisor Boxin Tang did not carefully review the thesis before submitting it.
