The successful launch of the City of Calgary's "What Goes Where?" Residential Recycling and Disposal Search Tool on April 28th, 2025.
This project was a collaborative endeavour involving dedicated professionals from various parts of Web and Digital and Waste and Recycling Services. All contributions have significantly enhanced the tool's efficiency, both for site visitors and for information and content updating purposes.
The new tool is designed to make recycling and disposal easier and more efficient for Calgarians.
481 pages pre-project to under 350 post launch with more content and item organization to be completed.
Decision tree created for when to add a new item page. Document created in the hopes to keep the amount of item pages manageable.

Each page in the sub-site was tracked in a master spreadsheet
URLs, metrics for success, tags, links to images used, and other metrics were added and track through the duration of the project (with ability to use spreadsheet pot launch)
Spreadsheet was created with automation and macro integration to reduce mundane data maintenance
