The Great Adventure’s color-coded Bible Timeline™ Learning System has already helped more than one million Catholics learn the big picture of salvation history.
The heart of The Great Adventure is The Bible Timeline™ Learning System. The Bible Timeline™ Learning System ties all of Scripture together by following God’s “family plan”… from Adam and Eve to Christ and the Church. With its unique color-coded system, you will learn the major people, places, and events of the Bible and see how they all come together to reveal the remarkable story of our faith. A Life-Changing Approach to Scripture!
It simplifies the Bible by focusing on 14 narrative books that tell the story of Scripture from beginning to end.
It divides the Story into 12 time periods, like chapters in Salvation History.
It ties all of Scripture together by following God’s “family plan” from Adam and Eve to Christ and the Church.
It makes it easy to remember by color coding each of the time periods.
And much more!

God, who sees everything, is neither the cause nor the occasion of sin. We have the power to choose our behavior and we are responsible for both the good and the evil we do.
Deceivers: those who hold the Lord responsible for their sins.
Don't blame the Lord for your sin; the Lord does not cause what he hates. Don't claim that he has misled you; he doesn't need the help of sinners to accomplish his purposes. The Lord hates evil in all its forms, and those who fear the Lord find nothing attractive in evil. When, in the beginning, the Lord created human beings, he left them free to do as they wished. If you want to, you can keep the Lord's commands. You can decide whether you will be loyal to him or not. He has placed fire and water before you; reach out and take whichever you want. You have a choice between life and death; you will get whichever you choose. The Lord's wisdom and power are great and he sees everything. He is aware of everything a person does, and he takes care of those who fear him. He has never commanded anyone to be wicked or given anyone permission to sin.
Sirach 15:15-20
