Building a Better Bringhurst
The Bringhurst Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is a nonprofit organization committed to supporting our students and teachers, encouraging parent involvement, and raising funds to supplement and enrich the educational experience for all students at Lila Bringhurst Elementary School in Fremont, California.
In our first year, Bringhurst PTO has already:
Provided funds for all teachers in all grades and departments (PE, Science, Music, Library). Funds were used for field trip transportation, school supplies, and classroom needs
Enable clubs to operate at school through insurance, space facilitation, and sponsorships
Put on events, including the Halloween Trunk or Treat
Plan Teacher Appreciation Week and other thank you events
Collaborate on School Beautification Projects
All of the money that we raise is being put toward your students and teachers. There are operating costs for the PTO and some events. This is a volunteer-run organization. The money is being used for the school and students.

Is your child’s birthday coming up soon? If so, consider celebrating it on Bringhurst’s digital marquee! Register via this link and donate $20 (tax-deductible) to display your child’s name there for the entire week.
