How to Register (For New Walkers)
Joining the IWT 7A Walking Club is easy! No experience is needed—just bring your enthusiasm and comfy shoes!
3 Simple Steps to Join:
Drop By: Visit the P7A Covered Basketball Court during any of our scheduled sessions (Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday) from 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM.
Sign Up: Look for Walker Cesar Inumerable to sign up and complete a brief registration.
Choose Your Pace: Select the group that best fits your current fitness level:
Beginner
Intermediate
Advanced
What to Expect:
Supportive Community: Meet fellow P7Aers who share your goal for better health.
Structured Training: Enjoy Interval Walking Training (IWT) that builds stamina and endurance.
Community Bonding: Stay for the post-walk breakfast or coffee, covered by a small weekly P50.00 contribution.
Team Access: Read Me Procedure (For IWT Team Members)
This section provides guidelines for IWT Team Members (Marshals, Organizers, etc.) on accessing and utilizing this website for operational updates and content submission.
Website Access & Submission Procedure:
Site Access: The site is accessible to our group members.
Updates: All official session updates (laps, time increases, post-walk notes) should be sent to the designated site administrator.
Content Submission: To contribute content (like session photos, initial drafts for rules, or event recaps), please forward them to the site administrator. The administrator will ensure the content is properly formatted and uploaded.
Upcoming Content: The site administrator will be sending out session updates, the initial rules for the 10,000 Steps to Health Challenge, and other key information for the team to review and disseminate.

The IWT 7A Walking Club holds its training sessions three times a week. Join us every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday! All sessions run from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM and are held at the P7A Covered Basketball Court.
What to Bring: No experience is needed—just your enthusiasm, comfy shoes, and a commitment to having fun!
Weekly Contribution
To ensure we can continue providing post-walk refreshments and cover incidental costs, we collect a small weekly fee:
