EXO is a third person movement shooter, where speed is the ultimate weapon. Gameplay is set on spherical planets, letting players orbit, leap between planets, and chain high-velocity maneuvers.
Players shoot and obliterate enemies, tear out their souls to use as fuel, and fully indulge in their power-and-adrenaline fantasies.
This project is a Capstone Project in UCI’s Game Design and Interactive Media program. The project is set to release 2026 Q2. Currently, no playable demo is available due to NDA constraints.
In this role I acted as the producer.
Hosted biweekly standups with whole team to track dependencies and task completion
Organized a backlog in Jira and prioritized tasks into sprint backlogs based on project workflow
Partnered with game directors to assess resource allocation, risks, and on-time project delivery
