• The Registration Deadline is 31st March. 

• This form is for registration only. 

• All Workshop sessions will be held in person. 

Registration Fee:

General: 

20,000 Japanese yen 

*Includes the following costs: Reception: 8,000 JPY, Field Trip 1: 6,000 JPY, Field Trip 2: 6,000 JPY.

*Additionally, the fees for both field trips include lunch.

Student:

16,000 Japanese yen

*Includes the following costs: Reception: 4,000 JPY, Field Trip 1: 6,000 JPY, Field Trip 2: 6,000 JPY.

*Additionally, the fees for both field trips include lunch.

*The presentation fee (if your abstract is accepted) needs to be paid separately.

Notification:

Please pay the registration fee on-site on the day of the conference .

We only accept Japanese cash（yen). 

Please note that we cannot accept credit card payments or payments in foreign currencies.
