Please ensure that the abstract does not exceed 200 words.
The Abstract Submission Deadline is 28th February, and Acceptance Notifications will be sent on 15th March.
If your abstract is accepted, a short paper (4 pages) must be submitted by 10th April. Details regarding the short paper will be provided in the acceptance notification email.
If your abstract is accepted, a presentation fee of 10,000 yen will be required. This fee must be paid on-site along with the registration fee on the day of the conference. We only accept Japanese cash (yen). Please note that we cannot accept credit card payments or payments in foreign currencies.
The presentation will be conducted in English.
If there are many presentation applications, there is a possibility that your abstract may be assigned to a poster session based on the review
