Some ways I know is to always double check, make sure its the real website/channel/newspaper, and to check for other indicators that show if its fake or not. You can double check by researching more about it. Like research on the internet, social media, books, information texts, etc. You make sure its the real website/channel/newspaper by trying to the indicators that show its fake or real. Like a real website would have that lock picture thing on the top next to the url, that means it has security, some fake websites don't have that. Another indicator is by checking if the spelling and font is the same. There is still more, but I think this is already long enough as an answer. -Seira

Fake news is dangerous & misleading that's why we need to find the truth

One prominent instance of false information on the internet is the belief in a flat Earth, which contradicts scientific evidence confirming the Earth's spherical shape. Despite overwhelming proof, flat Earth proponents manipulate information to support their claims, but scientific observations like space photos and global circumnavigation easily disprove their arguments.
Some answers may vary due to age, experiences, and opinions.
In conclusion, 80.6% of the people who have taken our survey have never spread false information. 78.1% of our respondents have been included in fake news, and 49.3% of our respondents have encountered fake news on social media. This shows how often fake news comes in our life's no matter how big or small the information is, it is still harmful to our media and the people who read fake information is most of the time a minor/under 18 and most of the time fall for something from a mobile add to somebody's death. In conclusion, fake news has not been taken serious in the past years, but every passing year more people will help on the topic of fake news, most of our respondents know a lot of what fake news is and know the differences between fake and real news.
