All troop leaders must have completed level-specific training, including the in-person piece (if applicable)

All adults attending must be GSCNC Driver/Chaperone background checked (For ratio check page 10 of Safety Activity Checkpoints)

We will be tight on space. Please keep your adult attendance to ratio plus 1. If there is space available, we may be able to accommodate additional adults. Please indicate in your registration if you would like to bring additional adults if there is space available. Payment is not due until April 17th, and by then we should know if there is extra space.

All troops require at least a level 1 First Aider

In addition to the ratio, troops must also have one additional adult to support programming

All troops must have a money manager, and they will need to: 

• Complete training

• Have a troop account in place

• Be able to pay via check
