To submit a request to attend Encampment, please complete the Registration. Troops must meet specific requirements to be selected to attend. Please review the details on the Registration page.
Applications will be reviewed and approved on a first come, first serve basis.

It wouldn't be Girl Scouts without forms! Here are the forms each attendee must have:
Adult Activity Waiver (one per adult attendee)
Parental Permission Single Activity Form (one per girl attendee; be sure to select yes to HIGH ADVENTURE activity
Emergency Medical Authorization (one per girl attendee; digital forms will not be accepted)
These will be returned to each troop upon check out
Each TROOP must submit ONE complete "In camp" form listing ALL attendees.
Please have forms organized BY SCOUT FIRST NAME, and the "in camp" form on top as a cover sheet.
