Active participation

Registration deadline for active participants: 6. 11. 2022.

• Meeting will be held as hybrid - in person/online event in Czech, Slovak, and English.

• We accept talks of 20 minutes duration including discussion and lectures of 30-40 minutes duration.

• There will be presentation projector with sound speakers and presenter at your disposal. Presentations must be uploaded before the section start. The use of your own PC cannot be allowed.

• High school students and university students may sign up to the Student section which will be held Friday 25th November and will be organized as a competition. The winning presentation assessed by an expert committee will be awarded a prize and will be rewarded with a financial sum.

• Topics of talks will be divided into related sections. In case of time restrictions please specify the day and time of your talk.

• The abstracts will be accepted in any of the languages (English, Czech, Slovak).

• With the consent of speakers talks will be recorded and made public on the VSES YouTube channel.
