To send an email to lesson support team, click the yellow button and select Lesson Support for lesson related inquiries. The lesson support team is the clipboard icon,

Fill out the Create Ticket form.
If you need to attach an image as proof of your concern(s), you may use snipboard.io or similar websites to convert your image to a working website.
Simply go to snipboard.io and click pick a file or drag and drop the image into the webite.
Snipboard.io will create a website refering to your image which you can copy and paste as plain text inyour ticket's body.
Hit Submit when done.
To seek assistance regardinig technical matters, click the yellow call button and click Technical Support marked by a wrench icon.
A Decision Tree will appear.

To send an email to the Fees team for disputes, incentives, and updating your remitance information, go to https://support.51talk.com/submit_ticket#login and click Register and assign a working/accessible email address.
