Kindly note that LOA applications will be declined for the following reasons:
• The request was submitted more than 5 days before the start date of the leave.
• Opened slots covered by the LOA are NOT closed.
• Booked lessons within the LOA period are NOT properly tagged.
Additional Reminder:
LOA is recommended for absences longer than 7 days. For absences less than 7 days, filing a LOA is not required as long as ALL SLOTS are CLOSED and BOOKED LESSONS are properly tagged as ABSENT.
