How and Where to Register
This year the schedule of costs is more complicated than usual, because it covers accommodation and all meals as well as registration. The booking form (at the link at the bottom of this page) specifies the cost for a range of standard combinations, but if you have some “bespoke” requirements (e.g. staying for only part of the Conference), we ask you to calculate what you owe and pay accordingly – we will check the payments against the details that you have specified, and get back to you if there is any unclarity or discrepancy (in either direction).
Note that accommodation – though extensive – is not unlimited, and hence early booking is advised to take advantage of the good value rates provided by Wadham College.

Registration includes an evening reception with food and wine etc. on both Monday 1 July and Wednesday 3 July, and refreshments (tea, coffee, biscuits, mini-cakes) in the mornings and afternoons of each day.

One of the delightful benefits of hosting the Hume Conference at Wadham College is that attendees can eat together, extending communal time without the trouble, delay, and extra cost of finding food elsewhere. Wadham College is providing Lunch and Dinner for Hume Conference attendees at a special discounted rate of £15 per meal, with Lunch every day
from Monday 1 July to Saturday 6 July inclusive, and Dinner just on Tuesday and Thursday (since Monday and Wednesday have Receptions, and Friday the Banquet).

Accommodation comes in three forms, all provided by Wadham College at a price that is extremely competitive by Oxford summer standards. The Dorothy Wadham Building has high quality rooms, a short walk up the Iffley Road (with good buses available to the High Street if desired). College rooms are typically less plush, but conveniently onsite.
Single Room in College (not ensuite): £87 including breakfast
Double Room in College (ensuite): £140 including breakfast

Note: payments are being securely collected, recorded and acknowledged by the Bursary payment system at Hertford College, where Peter Millican is Fellow. Conference T-shirts will be available for purchase later, and payment for those will be organised separately.
