Read Find Luke 2:1-20 and read it together.

Talk When we tell the Christmas story this is usually the part we hear. God's people expected their savior to arrive as a king, not to be born in a manger surrounded by animals. Most people had no idea something very special happened that night but the shepherds were told and got to worship their king. 

Do Play a Christmas song about Jesus' birth and worship God together. Thank Him for sending his son, Jesus, to rescue us from our sin!
