2021 High Point Riders
These awards are given to the 4-H members that accumulate the most points at the County, Area East and state horse shows in their riding division: Ranch, Hunter, Western, Speed. A High Point Rider and Reserve High Point Rider are recognized for each division. Additional points earned for 4-H Project Reports, Record Books, 4-H participation and creating 4-H promotional videos.
