- Photographs will be taking during the event for promotional purposes and they may be reproduced electronically and physically. If you are uncomfortable with that please let us know prior to the start.
- The conference venue is accessible via ramps as well as having a hearing aid loop.
- The majority of the programme will run between the hours of 10 am and 3 pm. If you are a presenter with caring responsibilities, please contact us. We will try our best to to schedule your talk accordingly.
