Give a tug on your control surfaces to make sure the hinges are fixed properly. Move the surfaces carefully to see that nothing is binding.
Do you have the correct model selected in the transmitter?
Are all of my switches in the correct position before powering up?
Are my batteries fully charged?
When arming the aircraft, please do so near the flight line and away from people in the pits. Please don’t carry an armed (powered up) aircraft by yourself. All it takes is for a switch or stick to get bumped and the motor could start.
Are all of the flight controls responding correctly?
If you have a gyro installed, make sure it is working as expected.
Retractable landing gear take a lot of abuse. I’ve seen some of your landings. Check to see if they cycle correctly before taking to the air.
