Resin printers can print multiple parts at once on a build plate. Each build plate requires at least an hour of manual labour for:
setting up the print in the slicer software with custom supports
washing the parts in alcohol after a successful print
UV curing the parts according to specification to make them skin-safe
I charge a base $15 plate fee to account for this manual labour.
It's encouraged to print multiple prints at once to take advantage of a singular plate fee!
