Preparation

1. Make sure the Location is secured

2. Power down and Turn off all electrical equipment

3. Disconnect all cables/wires

4. Pack up all on-stage floor items

5. Trailer door keys (secure)

6. Impact Wrench

7. Manual Leg Lever

8. Plunck/Raiser/Height Ramp

9. Bolt box

10. Torch

11. Visible vest

12. Car is near by and safe from moving object

On Stage clear up

1. Clean up stuff on the floor

2. Pack Thnigs away

3. Lock them if they are on wheels

4. Arrange the flight cases/boxes ready to move sequentially.

5. If night, make sure a backup light will be turned ON.

6. Get a ladder and take down Awannings

   1. First, adjust the tent pole height

   2. Then untie the velcro from side bars

   3. Take off and fold down the side poles

   4. May place back in the side or leave side

   5. Take off the standing Poles

   6. Put aside the standing tent poles

   7. Fold the fixed legs

   8. Start rolling the Awanning

   9. secure with 3 x velcro with the original awanning

   10. secure all legs

   11. Cover the awanning cover/zip it

   12. Take off the secure pins from the mounting brackets

7. Keep all the Tent extension Rods in one place

   1. including the ramp side roof bar extension

8. Put the Awannings (number-wise) on the trailer's main floor (in the middle)

   1. In the middle because we can pull the Gorilla trolley over it with stage parts

   2. This time all awnings are on the trailer's main floor

9. Unbolt / unscrew the Stage parts from the Trailer's both side and ramp part

10. Take the trolley to Window side Stage Parts

11. The trolley handle will be outside or opposite the ramp

12. 🏋️ Make sure a minimum of 3 persons are here to assist.

13. Slowly put the Window Side Stage part on the trolley

    1. make sure it will be set in such a way so set and locked on the Window side wall

14. Careful with the Ramp Gap filler (DO NOT lift the ramp) and close the ramp legs

    1. Now the ramp is on the ground

    2. Check the ramp and ground surface plain level

    3. If required put a support to make it stable (in case of uneven surface)

    4. You may close the roof

15. Connect the ramp to ground level filler

16. Take off the Window side Stage Gap fillers and place it beside the awnings

    1. Make sure the gorilla trolley can come in

17. Set up the winch on the window side wall bar

18. Hook the anchor on the window side wall

19. Slowly pull the wall a bit higher

    1. May need an extra hand to support to elevate

20. Once a bit higher, resize and close all 3 legs

21. Now slowly pull the side wall and secure

    1. 2 latches to secure the window side wall

22. Bring the Stage part 6 x brackets to secure with the side wall

    1. Put them aside

    2. Keep the impact wrench handy

23. Now going back to bringing the window side stage part (step 11)

24. Make sure the Stage part is sitting on the trolley correctly

25. 🏋️ Make sure a minimum of 2 persons are here to assist.

26. Bring the Window side Stage Part inside the trailer.

27. Make sure the 2 x rubber roll is set

    1. One on the mudguard and another in between wall and Window side Stage Part

28. 🏋️ Make sure a minimum of 3 persons are here to assist.

29. Put the Window side Stage Part on top of the Trailer mudguard (3-person minimum)

30. Move the trolley out towards the door side beside the ramp

31. Secure the Window side Stage Part with the wall by 4 x brackets

32. Now secure the Window side Stage Gap filler by 2 x brackets

    1. Goes in the middle as marked

33. Can set up the 2 x hangers for awnings (window side wall)

34. Place 2 x awnings in the hanger

35. Repeat the step from - STEP 13 - 34 (this time door side)

    1. Remember - Door side Side Wall Bracket (bottom) needs a 10mm 

36. By this time the Trailer is ready  to load other stuff

37. Take the trolley out and put the stuff

38. Before placing stuff in, make sure the straps and latches are ready

39. place and secure internal stuff (if any)

40. Close the ramp door and secure

41. NEXT

42. Engage the car's parking brake

43. Engage the trailer's parking brake

44. Locate the trailer hitch and safety chains

45. Disconnect the safety chains

46. Unlock the trailer hitch mechanism

47. Jockey wheel down and adjust the height

48. Lift the trailer hitch off the ball on the car's hitch

49. Store the hitch in a secure location

50. Apply the trailer's brakes if equipped (follow the trailer's specific brake instructions)

51. Engage the 4 x Trailers Leg

52. Check the trailer floor level - make sure it is leveled

53. Ensure the trailer is stable and won't roll

54. You're done! Your trailer is now disconnected from the car and its brakes are engaged

Preparation

1. Lay out the setup near drawbar area

2. Shelving, boxes set up

3. Tools set up

Set up

1. Plan how you want to set up

2. Where to keep the accessories, boxes

3. Open the front door

4. Use the folding door step if needed

5. Open the trailer ramp (Do not open the leg now)

6. Make sure the ram is secured and levelled on the ground

7. You may like to open the roof and secure (this will cool down and provide lights)

8. Detach the big trolley

9. Make the Impact Range driver ready.

   1. Bolt # 10mm

   2. Bolt# 8mm

10. Move all equipment boxes out from the trailer

11. Take out the 4 x adjustable handles for legs

1. Check all fastening cables and untie

2. Here is a short video how to use

3. Set up the Ramp  Gap filler between trailer floor and ramp

4. Set up the Ramp leveler between the trailer ramp and the ground.

5. You may like to level the Ramp leveler

6. Unscrew or open the middle bolt from the Stage Part and release the  Both sides floor Gap Filler

7. Keep 2  x sides floor Gap Filler in the middle of the trailer floor.

8. Keep 5 x Awannings on the  2  x sides floor Gap Filler (after step #7)

9. Unscrew Door side Stage Parts 

10. Unscrew Window side Stage Parts 

11. IMPORTANT Bring the hulk trolley inside, and make sure the handle is towards the trailer window.

    • This step will help to place the heavy stage parts properly and slide down to the trailer.

    • Lock the trolley wheel

    • Make sure step 7 & 8 items on the floor are not touching the trolley

🏋️🏋️🏋️ Minimum 3 Person Required now

🏋️ Make sure a minimum of 3 persons are here to assist.

1. Carefully put the Stage part (Door Side - color code) on the trolley

2. Make sure the trolley is locked and secure

3. Check the handle has enough gap and not touching the stage Part

4. Once the stage parts are set properly, Person 1 will hold the handle to pull and maneuver

5. Person 2 will be the other end of the stage parts and push/pull when required

6. Person 3 may assist with the trolley while taking it down from the trailer

7. Take the stage parts slowly from the ramp straight (proper landing on the trolley and ramp will help for smooth handling)

8. Keep the stage part on the trolley next to the ramp (do not take it off from the trolley)

   • This part will fit with the ramp and door side wall/floor.

   • So rest it on the trolley at that side.

9. Now go in the trailer and place the winch on the door side frame

10. Set up  impact wrench for leg adjustable bolt 16mm

11. Take 4 x adjusting 16mm lever

12. Take the level detector

13. Prepare all plunks/height-adjustable objects

    • Subject to terrain/ground level

14. Lower down the door side wall halfway until you can reach the leg

15. Open 3 x legs 

    • If possible adjust 2 corner legs' height (approximately)

    • At this time, we do not need to adjust the middle leg height

    • as we will adjust as soon as the level is done with 2 corners

16. Now complete step14 - lower down the door side wall/floor

17. Adjust the height and level.

18. Now move the #1, #2, #3 Awanning on the Door side floor (the floor we just made)

19. Take the Door side floor Gap Filler (Step C #7) and fill the gap

20. 🏋️ Now, make sure a minimum of 3 persons are here to assist.

21. Position the trolley close to the ramp and align with the door side floor

22. Open the legs and adjust the legs of the Door side Stage parts

    • DO NOT OPEN/UNFOLD the door side stage parts yet

23. The Door side Stage parts will rest on the 3 legs 

    • additional support may be required to keep on 3 legs

    • take the trolley out

24. Now we'll work on window side stage parts

25. Take the trolley inside to the trailer

    • Make sure the handle is towards the ramp side.

26. Repeat steps #1 to 23 (this time we keep  the stage parts opposite)

    • 🏋️ Now, make sure a minimum of 3 persons are here to assist.

27. 
    

28. Now remove the ramp+ground leveler 

    • Store it underneath, close to the ramp

    • We need it again at packing time.

29. Caution: Take out the Ramp+Floor Gap Filler

    • Keep it on the floor, we need to place it back once the ramp is set on the floor.

30. Now lift up the ramp and open 2 x legs, adjust the legs (approximate).

31. Place the ramp back on the ground, now ramp = floor.

    • Adjust the height and level.

    • Level with the main floor.

32. Place the Ramp+Floor Gap Filler

33. Check: All gap fillers are set

34. Once the window side stage parts are nearly set. Then open the last leg and adjust.

    • Then unfold the window side stage parts.

35. Make sure the corner and back and parking lights are safe while placing/unfolding the stage parts

36. Make sure the door-side stage parts are aligned with the bolt holes.

37. Try to adjust the height and level by adjusting legs

38. Now only put 2 x Bolts to secure

39. Repeat Steps 34-38 to set up Door Side Stage Parts

40. Now secure all bolts

41. Check the legs and adjust the height to level correctly.

42. Check over all levels.

Preparation

1. Check the weather and wind condition

2. Roof lever

3. For easy installation close the roof (if it was already open)

   • 🏋️ Now, make sure a minimum of 2 persons are here to assist.

4. All secure pins to attach with the trailer roof rails.

5. Extensions (two), to insert into ramp side awning roof rail

6. Take Extension 10 Poles and place and set Set Joiner rubber.

8. Pegs to secure

9. Stools or ladders may require

Set up

1. Start from one side to mount the Awning

2. Secure with the pins

   • Set up waning one by one.

3. Once 5 Awaning are set, then open one by one to set up the poles.

4. 🏋️ Now, make sure a minimum of 2 persons are here to assist.

5. Lift up the roof and make sure all awning legs are adjusted (trial required)

6. Secure with the guyropes and pegs (if required)
