Park the car in a safe and level ground
Engage the car's parking brake
Engage the trailer's parking brake
Locate the trailer hitch and safety chains
Disconnect the safety chains
Unlock the trailer hitch mechanism
Jockey wheel down and adjust the height
Lift the trailer hitch off the ball on the car's hitch
Store the hitch in a secure location
Apply the trailer's brakes if equipped (follow the trailer's specific brake instructions)
Engage the 4 x Trailers Leg
Check the trailer floor level - make sure it is leveled
Ensure the trailer is stable and won't roll
You're done! Your trailer is now disconnected from the car and its brakes are engaged
Lay out the setup near drawbar area
Shelving, boxes set up
Tools set up
Plan how you want to set up
Where to keep the accessories, boxes
Open the front door
Use the folding door step if needed
Open the trailer ramp (Do not open the leg now)
Make sure the ram is secured and levelled on the ground
You may like to open the roof and secure (this will cool down and provide lights)
Detach the big trolley
Make the Impact Range driver ready.
Bolt # 10mm
Bolt# 8mm
Move all equipment boxes out from the trailer
Take out the 4 x adjustable handles for legs
Check all fastening cables and untie

Set up the Ramp Gap filler between trailer floor and ramp
Set up the Ramp leveler between the trailer ramp and the ground.
You may like to level the Ramp leveler
Unscrew or open the middle bolt from the Stage Part and release the Both sides floor Gap Filler
Keep 2 x sides floor Gap Filler in the middle of the trailer floor.
Keep 5 x Awannings on the 2 x sides floor Gap Filler (after step #7)
Unscrew Door side Stage Parts
Unscrew Window side Stage Parts
IMPORTANT Bring the hulk trolley inside, and make sure the handle is towards the trailer window.
This step will help to place the heavy stage parts properly and slide down to the trailer.
Lock the trolley wheel
Make sure step 7 & 8 items on the floor are not touching the trolley
🏋️🏋️🏋️ Minimum 3 Person Required now
Carefully put the Stage part (Door Side - color code) on the trolley
Make sure the trolley is locked and secure
Check the handle has enough gap and not touching the stage Part
Once the stage parts are set properly, Person 1 will hold the handle to pull and maneuver
Person 2 will be the other end of the stage parts and push/pull when required
Person 3 may assist with the trolley while taking it down from the trailer
Take the stage parts slowly from the ramp straight (proper landing on the trolley and ramp will help for smooth handling)
Keep the stage part on the trolley next to the ramp (do not take it off from the trolley)
This part will fit with the ramp and door side wall/floor.
So rest it on the trolley at that side.
Now go in the trailer and place the winch on the door side frame
Set up impact wrench for leg adjustable bolt 16mm
Take 4 x adjusting 16mm lever
Take the level detector
Prepare all plunks/height-adjustable objects
Subject to terrain/ground level
Lower down the door side wall halfway until you can reach the leg
Open 3 x legs
If possible adjust 2 corner legs' height (approximately)
At this time, we do not need to adjust the middle leg height
as we will adjust as soon as the level is done with 2 corners
Now complete step14 - lower down the door side wall/floor
Adjust the height and level.
Now move the #1, #2, #3 Awanning on the Door side floor (the floor we just made)
Take the Door side floor Gap Filler (Step C #7) and fill the gap
🏋️ Now, make sure a minimum of 3 persons are here to assist.
Position the trolley close to the ramp and align with the door side floor
Open the legs and adjust the legs of the Door side Stage parts
DO NOT OPEN/UNFOLD the door side stage parts yet
The Door side Stage parts will rest on the 3 legs
additional support may be required to keep on 3 legs
take the trolley out
Now we'll work on window side stage parts
Take the trolley inside to the trailer
Make sure the handle is towards the ramp side.
Repeat steps #1 to 23 (this time we keep the stage parts opposite)
🏋️ Now, make sure a minimum of 3 persons are here to assist.
Now remove the ramp+ground leveler
Store it underneath, close to the ramp
We need it again at packing time.
Caution: Take out the Ramp+Floor Gap Filler
Keep it on the floor, we need to place it back once the ramp is set on the floor.
Now lift up the ramp and open 2 x legs, adjust the legs (approximate).
Place the ramp back on the ground, now ramp = floor.
Adjust the height and level.
Level with the main floor.
Place the Ramp+Floor Gap Filler
Check: All gap fillers are set
Once the window side stage parts are nearly set. Then open the last leg and adjust.
Then unfold the window side stage parts.
Make sure the corner and back and parking lights are safe while placing/unfolding the stage parts
Make sure the door-side stage parts are aligned with the bolt holes.
Try to adjust the height and level by adjusting legs
Now only put 2 x Bolts to secure
Repeat Steps 34-38 to set up Door Side Stage Parts
Now secure all bolts
Check the legs and adjust the height to level correctly.
Check over all levels.
Check the weather and wind condition
Roof lever
For easy installation close the roof (if it was already open)
🏋️ Now, make sure a minimum of 2 persons are here to assist.
All secure pins to attach with the trailer roof rails.
Extensions (two), to insert into ramp side awning roof rail
Take Extension 10 Poles and place and set Set Joiner rubber.
Guyropes
Pegs to secure
Stools or ladders may require
Start from one side to mount the Awning
Secure with the pins
Set up waning one by one.
Once 5 Awaning are set, then open one by one to set up the poles.
🏋️ Now, make sure a minimum of 2 persons are here to assist.
Lift up the roof and make sure all awning legs are adjusted (trial required)
Secure with the guyropes and pegs (if required)
