Stove

The gas stove works well but on occasion, a burner will not light by the ignitor switch. There is a lighter in the drawer next to the fridge. Please make sure all knobs are set to OFF when done using. If for some reason you run out of gas, the hook-up and an additional tank are on the south side of the house.

Dishwasher

Press the ON/OFF button and select the dishwasher setting you want then close. It’s very quiet but will BEEP several times when done.

Coffee Maker

To use the coffee maker, add water to the back. Add a filter to the hopper, and add desired spoonfuls of coffee grounds to the hopper. Press the “ON” button, and wait until ready. [A coffee grinder is located in the cabinet under the coffee maker]

Day Coolers

There are day coolers located in the top cabinets of the pantry

Kitchen Supplies

The kitchen is fully stocked with almost anything you need for cooking and baking so feel free to dig around for whatever you may need. Just please try and put things back where you found them.

Google Home is set to privacy mode so your information will not be stored. To use Google Home simply say "Hey Google" or "Ok Google" and follow that command with your request.

Ex. "Hey Google, what's the temperature at?"

I've created a speaker group named Surf&Sand if you wish to enjoy music throughout the home (except in the bedrooms and JBL speaker). Simply say "Hey Google, play Jimmy Buffet on Surf&Sand" but put in your musical preference.

My favorite commands besides playing music are:

"Hey Google, set the temperature to 77 degrees"
"Hey Google, find me a good Mexican restaurant"
"Hey Google, how long does it take to get to Fort Lauderdale Airport?"

The JBL speaker is portable and is not part of the speaker group so you may enjoy playing music out by the pool.

Living Room Roku TV

Use the remote to turn on the TV, then choose Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Live TV, or other numerous streaming services

Master Bedroom Vizio TV with Chromecast

Turn on the TV and adjust the volume with the white remote. Use the quick buttons on the remote to select Netflix or use the full menu for numerous streaming services. The TV is mounted on an extendable arm for your viewing pleasure.

Garden View Guestroom Roku TV

Wireless Internet speeds should exceed 150+ mbps and wired internet should be close to 250+ mbps through Xfinity. There is a long ethernet cable in the cabinet in the office for wired connections.

If the internet goes down for an extended period of time, please unplug the modem (under the green dresser in the guest bedroom) & also the router (on the green dresser in the guest bedroom) and wait a few minutes and then plug it back in.

If the problem persists you can look online to see if there is an Xfinity outage in the 33444 zip code.

The pool heater is set to 82° F. Do not make it any hotter. If you want to lower the temperature use the control panel on the large black unit in the pool equipment area. Set it back to 82° F before leaving.

The pool jets are on timers. Please don’t adjust the timers. You can turn on the jets by flipping the manual lever if you want them on during off hours. Just turn them off after you are done.

Trash & recycling are on the north side of the house by the french doors. Please put it out on the designated days for the sake of the next guests. Thanks

Trash day is Monday & Thursday.

Recycling and Refuse day is Thursday.

It’s best to put the trash and recycling out the night before after 5 pm

The Nest thermostat is located in the hallway. It is connected to Google Home. So you can control it by saying:

"Hey Google, set the temperature to 77 degrees"

Or if you prefer you can turn the thermostat to the left or right to reach your desired temperature. Please do NOT set the AC lower than 74°. Please do NOT run the AC with doors/windows open.

• 2 sets of golf clubs

• 3 tennis rackets

• 2 pickleball rackets and balls

• A cornhole set

There are two bikes with locks in the front shed with a plug-in air pump. Please use the locks when off property and please keep the bikes out of the rain. Combos are 6515 & 5633

You are welcome to try out the rowing machine, but you may want to take it easy if you haven’t rowed in a while.
