Direct Booking

Cancellation Policy (Direct Booking Only)

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, a 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

Lease Agreement (Direct Booking Only)

Upon booking, I require a signed lease agreement, a photocopy of the lead guest's driver's license which matches the credit card or cash app used to book.
You must be 25 yrs or older to book.

Security Deposit (Direct Booking Only)

A $1,000 security deposit is required for any stay of any length. The deposit will be returned in full within 48hrs upon checking out if there is no damage to the property.

Pet Fee

A $100 Pet Non-Refundable Fee is required per stay for any pets. 2 Pets max.

House Rules

Guests are expected to follow the house rules as stated in the lease agreement and can be removed from the home if they cause issues.

Please request an invoice before making any payments.
Verified Venmo or Paypal accounts can complete transactions of up to $60,000.
Please make sure you have a verified account.
