On 29th of September 2018 the "Medicane" Zorba didn´t affect at all the meeting we had with the Golden Coast staff.
The names for the two Symposium halls we will use for our meeting are SIESTA and BIOSTARS. We also chose the Taverna.

The registration fees do not include accommodation and it has to be personally arranged.

Golden Coast Hotels accepts the booking forms for accommodation on the mark of the prearranged Symposium agreement with the organization of 2IJS Gala Dinner for all the registered participants.
The booking details for this hotel can be downloaded HERE and the form has to be send to the hotel administration directly. This serves the hotel to understand the participants number which will accommodate at Golden Coast during the Symposium and will guarantee the participants their reservations for the full board accommodation.
2IJS Organization Board do not intermediate accommodation or travel if not referred on the personalized invitation form.
