Four Fields 

2540 Ministries operates within the biblical and reproducible framework known as the Four Fields of Discipleship. This model shapes how we enter communities, share the gospel, form disciples, and establish healthy churches.

1. Enter the Field

We begin by entering overlooked and marginalized communities with relational presence.

We listen, build trust, serve needs, and identify persons of peace.

This is incarnational ministry — showing up, staying present, and loving neighbors where they are.

2. Sow the Gospel

In every field, the gospel is the seed.

We share Christ clearly and compassionately through conversations, meals, Scripture studies, and everyday life.

The message is simple, biblical, and centered on Jesus.

3. Grow Disciples

Those who respond are invited into a pathway of discipleship shaped by Scripture, obedience, and community.

We form believers who can teach others, lead others, and shepherd their own neighborhoods.

Disciples become disciple‑makers.

4. Gather the Church

As disciples multiply, we gather them into churches that are:

• self‑governing

• self‑supporting

self‑reproducing  

• These churches are led by their own people, rooted in their own community, and sustained by Christ.

This is the heartbeat of 2540 Ministries — entering fields, sowing the gospel, growing disciples, and gathering churches that endure.
