2540 Ministries — Student to Leader Pathway

We believe that disciples can grow into leaders who impact their communities for Christ.  

For those whom the Lord is calling into pastoral ministry, we provide a clear and accountable pathway. For all other men and women who desire deeper biblical knowledge and faithful service, we offer accessible training that strengthens their walk with Christ.

Pastoral Track (Men Only)

If you are a man seeking to be sent into one of our fields as a Pastor, you must complete all three courses through Third Mill Institute, or have already obtained a certificate or degree from a Bible college or seminary. These requirements ensure that every pastor we send has been tested, trained, and affirmed in both character and doctrine.

General Discipleship Track (Men & Women)

If you are not pursuing pastoral ministry but desire to grow in your knowledge of the Lord and be used for His glory, you are welcome to participate in any of our course offerings. These courses are designed to build maturity, strengthen faith, and equip believers for meaningful service in their homes, churches, and communities.

Annual Course Rhythm

Each year, 2540 Ministries will work through one of the three core courses.

• Pastors are required to complete all three courses unless they have already completed an equivalent pathway.

• Students may join at the beginning of any course without needing to complete the previous ones.

Our Conviction About Pastors

We believe pastors are called men from within the body, not merely credentialed men sent from institutions. These men have been tested in character, affirmed in their grasp of the truth, and called to shepherd a people.

2540 Ministries comes alongside such men—providing biblical training, pastoral development, and practical support where needed. Christ calls the man; the body receives the man.  

We reject the areas where the Reformers failed to fully reform, holding instead to congregational elder‑shepherding, not clergy‑centered control.
