Distortion
This photograph is of a watermelon distorted by glasses of water, taken by Suzanne Saroff, who has taken many photos like this mostly in the perspective and perspective revisited series, but also creates effects like this in her still life series. The inspiration for the series was a single orange sitting behind a glass. The purple background contrasts with the watermelon.
These photos use the water distortion effect .
Suzanne Saroff is a photographer who mostly shoots everyday objects
This photo uses similar distortion techniques as the previous photo, but this time the subjects are pink flowers. The light pink background works well with the pink flowers. I like the colors and the repetitive but different themes of the series.
This is probably my favourite photo from perspective and perspective revisited. I like how they used taller glasses and colours that stand out more.
