FINANCIAL COMMITMENT
Group Tuition Overview:
First group routine $250/month
Additional group routine $175/month
Tuition will begin in July with the final payment due in March.
All tuition must be paid in full each month in order to participate in rehearsals.
A valid credit card must be on your Elevation account at all times.
Competition Team Tuition Includes:
Group competition entry fees
Team jacket/sweatshirt (1 per dancer)
Weekly rehearsals
Choreography camp
Team Director support
Costume(s)
Additional rehearsals (pre-competition showcase, recital stage time, etc.)
Administrative coordination
Team registration for events
Music upload and management (pre-competition and on-site)
Pre-performance meeting and warm-up with director/coach (approximately 20 minutes prior to scheduled performance, pending availability)
Competition Team Tuition Does Not Include:
Travel expenses
Lodging
Food
Solo/Duo/Trio expenses
Studio/event fees for Solo/Duo/Trio participants
any associated convention fees
PAYMENT OPTIONS
OPTION 1: FULL PAYMENT (solo, duo, trio entry fees + convention fees)
Due August 1st
Submit one payment per event to cover the dancer’s solo/duo/trio entry plus convention fee (if applicable.)
OPTION 2: 2 PAYMENTS - 50% DEPOSIT + POST-DATED BALANCE (solo, duo, trio entry fees + convention fees)
Due August 1st
50% of each entry fee (check, debit or credit)
Balance: submit a post-dated check for the remaining balance (Post-dated to 45 days prior to each event)
If paying with a debit or credit card we will process 45 days prior to each event.
SOLO/DUO/TRIO CHOREOGRAPHY & COACHING:
Choreography rates vary by choreographer and the hours that are included for instruction also vary. Rates include studio rental, choreography fee, music selection/editing (up to 2:45), teaching/instruction hours, costume selection guidance. (Costume fees are not included.) Choreography fees are due upon the first day of rehearsal and are posted to your account and paid with the card on file.
Coaching rates vary by coach. Rates include studio rental and coaching and can be split with one more dancer per 30 minute time slot. Coaching rates are billed bi-monthly and are processed on the card on file.
EVENTS:
The studio will register all routines on your behalf. You do not need to register independently, and in fact at some events independent registration is either prohibited or more expensive.
Some events open registration as early as August, and EDS is required to submit a 50% deposit to secure our spot. Please note: no changes or refunds will be available within 45 days of any event. A credit may be offered by the event host, but EDS cannot guarantee we’ll return to that event the following season.
All entry and convention fees can be paid by check, debit card or credit card. There will be a 2% fee on charges on all credit cards. You may choose from the following payment options:

STUDIO FEES:
Studio fees are additional fees that apply to ALL solo, duo, trio participants per dancer per event charged one week prior to the event on the credit card on file.
$150 for mandatory events includes:
Registration, music uploading/management
Teacher support with check-in and competition day logistics
In-person backstage guidance + pre-performance warm-up
Competition/convention communication, scholarship follow-up
Social media updates, BAND app communication
Faculty lodging, meals, transportation, and labor
Media pass (full access to photos/video where available)
$75 for optional events which will cover all of the above with the exception of any in-person support, faculty lodging, meals, transportation, labor and media pass
