📢 Capstone Presentation & Submission Guide

1. Submission Details 

• Deadline: Thursday, July 9, by 8:30 PM 12:00 AM (Extended until midnight)

• How to Submit: Email your PowerPoint (PPT) file to hlww@jnu.ac.kr

2. Presentation Content & Evaluation 

Please ensure your presentation slides include the following essential elements:

1. Team Name

2. Introduction of Team Members

3. Introduction of Advising Professor

4. Capstone Topic

5. Motivation (Why you chose this topic)

📋 Evaluation Criteria

3. Event Details & Format

• Date: Friday, July 10

• Time: 10:00 AM onwards

• Venue: Auditorium A (Microphones will be provided)

• Time Allocation per Team: Total 12 minutes

  • 7 minutes: Team Presentation

  • 5 minutes: Q&A, Feedback & Coaching from Professors

4. Scoring Ratio

The final score will be calculated using a weighted average of both faculty and peer evaluations:

• Professors’ Evaluation: 95%

• Students’ (Peer) Evaluation: 5%

• Please rehearse your presentation beforehand to strictly adhere to the 7-minute time limit.

• Keep your slides clean, clear, and visually engaging—less text, more impactful visuals!
