📖Detailed Evaluation Guidelines

1️⃣1st Evaluation: Proposal (In-person) [Completed] 

• • Focus: Project ideation and initial planning.

  • Grading: Faculty (95%) + Peer Review (5%)

  • Note: Evaluation was successfully held on July 10, 2026, during the Malaysia camp.

2️⃣2nd Evaluation: Progress Report (Online Video, Sept 18) [Completed]

• • Focus: Intermediate development and technical documentation.

  • Submission: Recorded presentation video and presentation slides.

  • Grading: Faculty (100%)

  • Note: Evaluation criteria are identical to the 3rd evaluation.

3️⃣3rd Evaluation: Advanced Review (Live Online) [Upcoming - Nov 27]

• • Focus: System refinement and prototype testing results.

  • Format: Real-time presentation via Zoom.

  • Grading: Faculty (95%) + Peer Review (5%)

4️⃣Final Evaluation: Final Project Outcome & Presentation (In-person) [Scheduled - 18 or 19 Feb 2027]

• • Focus: Final deliverables, hardware/software demonstration, and impact.

  • Grading: Faculty (95%) + Peer Review (5%)

  • Note: The ultimate goal of the 2026 G-TIP.

※ Note: Peer reviews (5%) are conducted for the 1st, 3rd, and 4th evaluations only.
