• Have full support and involvement from parents

Your team will meet at least once with LLS staff prior to kickoff to discuss campaign plans. Be sure you attend and SPEAK UP! Bring all of your ideas and questions!

Start making asks! You can receive commitments prior to kickoff!

The Team Member Hall of Fame is an elite group of students who have gotten an early start on their campaign. To qualify all tasks must be completed BEFORE Kick-Off on February 7, 2025. Please see the Team Member HOF document linked below to the right to learn more: Team Member Hall of Fame

• Attend a one-on-one Vision meeting with your LLS staff partner

• Send a minimum of 50 letters to your contacts December 6th, 2024.

• Personalize your fundraising page

• Send an email blast to 50+ friends and family members, including your personal fundraising link, the day of kick off, and copy LLS staff (must be completed by 5:00 PM, February 7)

Rewards for becoming a Hall of Famer

• Recognition at the Kickoff on February 7th.

• Recognition on Eastern Great Lakes social media channels (post Kick Off)

• Recognition in the Grand Finale digital program book

• Recommendation letter from LLS staff partner

By reaching fundraising levels during the campaign you will become a part of the Team Member Elite Clubs and receive additional recognition and rewards at each level including your ticket to the Grand Finale!

• First 10 team members to raise $250 will receive a $50 gift card - first 7 days of campaign

• Raise $1,500 - receive 2 tickets to the Grand Finale

* If you reach a fundraising milestone after the March 14th, 2025, additional Grand Finale tickets will be provided based on availability.

Join the Team Member $5k Club! Team members who raise $5,000+ will be announced as $5k Club members at the Grand Finale. Additional rewards include:

• 2 additional tickets to the Grand Finale

• Recognition on social media and in the program book (must have $5k raised by March 7th, 2025 to be included in the program)

• Recognition at the Grand Finale

• Recommendation letter from your Campaign Development Manager, Erica. 

* If you reach a fundraising milestone after the March 14th, 2025, additional Grand Finale tickets will be provided based on availability.

Join the Team Member $10k Club! Team members who raise $10,000+ will be announced as $10k Club members at the Grand Finale. Additional rewards include:

• 2 additional tickets to the Grand Finale

• Recognition on social media and in the program book (must have $10k raised by the tentative date of March 14th, 2025 to be included in the program)

• Recognition at the Grand Finale

• Recommendation letter written by LLS Leadership

* If you reach a fundraising milestone after the March 14th, 2025, additional Grand Finale tickets will be provided based on availability.

Team Member of the Year goes to the team member that has raised the most amount funds during the 7-week campaign.
