This is a residential training program, and attendees may choose to stay overnight. While overnight accommodations are optional, full participation in the academy is required if accepted.
For the 2025 MOVA Training Academy, each student will be assigned a single room with a private bathroom in a campus dorm building.
Linen service is included—you’ll receive sheets, a pillow, a blanket, and one bath towel. Meals will also be provided each day as part of your stay.
Please bring personal toiletries (like soap and shampoo), and consider bringing extra items for comfort, such as a fan, alarm clock, or beach towel.
WiFi Access
You can connect to free WiFi on campus through the EndicottGUEST network. No password is needed. After connecting, a page will appear where you’ll agree to the College’s internet terms.
If you have any trouble, contact your assigned Conference Host or the Misselwood Events Office at (978) 232-2128 (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM).
Emergencies
If there’s an emergency or safety concern, please call Public Safety at (978) 232-2222.
You can use any campus phone, emergency call box, or the blue emergency phones on campus. Public Safety can also contact 911 if needed.
Smoking
Smoking, including vaping, is not allowed inside any buildings. There are a few designated outdoor smoking areas. Marijuana is not allowed anywhere on campus due to federal law.
Fire Alarms
If a fire alarm goes off, you must leave the building right away. It’s the law. Please don’t touch or tamper with any fire equipment—there are fines for doing so.
You’ll get your room key and dining access card when you check in. Please return them before you leave campus. Lost or unreturned keys/cards may cost $35.
Your access card is needed to get into the Dining Hall. It may also unlock your room, depending on the building. Don’t punch holes in the card—it can stop working.
Parking is free for all MOVA Training Academy participants.
You’ll receive a parking pass if you're accepted—please print it and place it on your dashboard.
Only park in marked parking spots. Don’t park on grass, near fire lanes, or in spots labeled for staff or special permits. Tickets may be issued for violations, and unpaid tickets will be charged to the group.
Callahan Dining Hall
Meals are included for accepted participants. Use your access card to enter. Cash or cards are not accepted.
