When you arrive on campus, please go to Marbelhead Hall
At check-in, you will receive:
Your room key (if staying on campus)
Your meal card (for dining hall access)
A MOVA folder with your name tag, agenda, training materials, and other important information
MOVA staff will be available to assist you and answer any questions.
Before leaving campus at the end of the training, please check out at the designated area (location to be announced).
All attendees must:
Return your room key
Return your meal card
Sign out with MOVA staff
Reminders about the check-out location and process will be shared on the final day.
Attendees staying on campus will be placed in suite-style residence halls. Each person will have:
A private bedroom
A private bathroom
Linens provided (sheets, blanket, and towel)
We recommend bringing:
A blanket (the rooms may be cold)
A small fan
A desk lamp
Your medications (if needed)
Snacks
A sweater or sweatshirt (for classroom comfort)
Your own pillow (optional)
Yes. Laundry facilities are available in the residence halls. You may want to bring detergent pods or quarters, depending on machine type.
Yes. All meals are included.
You will receive a meal card to use at the campus dining hall throughout the week.
Any food allergies or dietary restrictions shared during registration will be sent to dining services.
Sessions will take place in classroom spaces across campus and in the Klebanoff Auditorium.
Each room location will be listed in your agenda.
Yes. Full attendance is required for:
All sessions in your assigned track (Introductory or Advanced)
The graduation ceremony
This helps ensure that participants meet the learning objectives.
No. All after-hours training sessions and activities are optional. Graduation ceremony is required.
We encourage you to join us for networking and connection—but it’s your choice.
Commuters are welcome and should keep the following in mind:
You will receive a parking pass by email—please print and display it in your vehicle daily
You must arrive on time. Sessions begin promptly each morning
You will receive a meal card, and meals are included for commuters
If you have specific needs, please contact the training team ahead of time.
Yes. All participants will be assigned to a mentor group, led by a trained MTA Mentor.
Mentor groups:
Meet daily for reflection and discussion
Support peer learning and connection
Explore challenges, roles, and advocacy across systems
Offer support for your well-being and resiliency
Mentors will also attend sessions and be available throughout the week.
You’ll receive your mentor group assignment before the training begins.

Yes. Parking is free.

All payments are handled by your organization’s fiscal contact.
Invoices are due by Friday, July 18, 2025.
