Please arrive at camp between noon - 3:30 pm (ET), dinner will be served at 5:30 pm.
If flying...
Plan to arrive into the Grand Rapids (GRR) airport no later than 1:00 pm on your arrival date. Upon receipt of your flight information, we will coordinate transportation to TWL from the airport. On your return flight, plan to fly out of Grand Rapids after 11:00 am on your departure date.

Summer Assignment Travel Reimbursement
It is the policy of Young Life to provide travel reimbursements to individuals filling summer assignment positions at camp. A guiding principle for travel reimbursements for summer camp assignments is one of shared expenses between camp and field budgets. Camp fees may only reimburse a portion of the expenses associated with summer assignment travel.
To be reimbursed for your travel, please fill out the reimbursement form below. If you are a volunteer and will be serving on assignment, please reach out to Cindy Musselman prior to travel - reimbursement looks different for volunteers vs YL staff.
