Diamond Level: $5000 or over (includes in-kind donations)
One booth (including two tables) in a prime location

Exhibitors
Space will be assigned on a first-paid, first-served basis.
Fees must accompany this application to secure your space. Applications and fees must be received by December 31, 2023. Applications received after December 31, 2023 will be charged the higher rate and accepted only if space is available. Constellation 2024 reserves the right to limit the number of tables per company.
Advertisers
The Conference-At-A-Glance booklet will be given out to all delegates at the time of registration. Information in Conference-At-A-Glance booklet will include exhibitor ads and identify conference sponsors. Ad sizes listed below are for the Conference-At-A-Glance booklet. As a bonus all ads will be included in the Constellation Conference Binder which will be available in both digital and hard copy. It will be available to all delegates, clinicians, guests and exhibitors. Included in the Conference Binder will be: a list of exhibitors, exhibit hall floor plans, sessions, concerts, and special event information.
