Why Constellation?
As music teachers, for a very long time we have all been shining our lights individually in our own classrooms, but unable to gather together, except virtually.
The thought behind Constellation for our Orff conference name is that as we meet in-person we gather our lights collectively to make beautiful groupings like the stars in the sky.
After a period of isolation, it symbolizes rejoining as a community to create inspiring music as we learn and grow with each other.
We invite delegates to TELL their stories, dance their hearts, sing their melodies, and see how spirit and synergy between music teachers artfully creates constellations of beauty, movement and music.

50th Anniversary!
2024 will be the 50th anniversary of Carl Orff Canada!
There will be special events at the Conference and at the Saturday Night Banquet to celebrate the 50th anniversary. Please join us to celebrate Orff in Canada for 50 years!
