The New Mexico School for the Deaf provides statewide quality educational, early intervention, and outreach programs serving children and youth, birth through 21, who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing.
As a statewide service agency, NMSD collaborates with families, school districts, agencies, and communities throughout the state to meet the critical language, communication, and learning needs of children and students in New Mexico who are Deaf/Hard of Hearing, birth through high school.
Residential campers will be staying in cottages at the New Mexico School for the Deaf (NMSD) in Santa Fe. NMSD is located at 1060 Cerrillos Rd, Santa Fe, NM 87505, which I have also hyperlinked below.

Our campers will stay in two cottages connected by a breezeway. Each cottage has six rooms. Each room has two beds, two desks, two closets, and one bathroom. Sets of two rooms share one thermostat to control the AC. Each cottage has a large kitchen and living room. Each cottage will have one female adult chaperone staying with the students.
Students will be transported back and forth between NMSD and the New Mexico School for the Arts each day to participate in camp activities.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided each day, as well as a variety of snacks throughout the day.
Please note that NMSD will be providing linens including sheets, blankets, and towels. Students will be expected to bring their own pillow. Pillows will be purchased for the traveling Hawaii group.
Camp begins at 9am sharp on Monday morning. If possible, we ask that students arrive Sunday, June 9 between 1pm and 8pm to ensure that they are settled in and ready to go Monday morning.
Thank you all for your prompt responses to my last survey. I’ve created one more so that we can communicate with NMSD about when our students will be on campus. If you could please fill out the survey I’ve linked below, I would greatly appreciate it.
