To receive an access code for ticket pre-sale event, you must sign up to volunteer by 12 pm MST on Tuesday, October 21st.
We have over 90 cast members and limited staff members to run the show....so we need backstage help for every show and every dress rehearsal!
BONUS: Volunteers will receive a digital gift card with the amount depending on the spot they volunteer for. The card will be emailed to the address provided when you sign up to volunteer. The gift card can only be applied to ONE transaction that is tied to ONE email address.
If you are a NO-SHOW for your Volunteer Spot, Elevation reserves the right to relinquish the discount applied to your ticket purchase and you will be charged the difference in the ticket price at no warning. Thank you for understanding.

HEAVY LIFTING REQUIRED. Meet at storage unit (directions tba,) to load props and marley, travel to studio for more props, then to high school to unload. Job will be to load marley and props into the truck and then unload and move marley and props into the theatre. Everyone will help to unroll marley, but will NOT be taping marley at this time. The marley flooring needs to acclimate from the cold into the theatre.
Direct all dancers & volunteers to clean up dressing rooms, side dressing rooms, large band room, boys dressing room, bathrooms. Help collect lost and found items. A box will be provided and should be left in the auditorium by the tech booth each night so that students can check it when they come in the next day. We have a cleaning crew arriving to help on Saturday night only. IMPORTANT that we leave EVERY room better than the way we find it.
Please assist with clean-up of large items (trash, costume items, etc.)
Direct all dancers & volunteers to clean up inside theatre & front of house/commons area. Pick up flower petals. Help collect lost and found items. A box will be provided and should be left in the auditorium by the tech booth each night so that students can check it when they come in the next day. PLEASE CHECK IN WITH HOUSE MANAGER UPON ARRIVAL. VOLUNTEERS MUST BE PRESENT FOR THE ENTIRE DURATION: 3:30PM - SHOW ENDS
Female volunteers only! Please assist dancers as needed with costumes, hair and makeup. Help with bathroom breaks. Additionally, please help maintain the peace and quiet backstage. There may be lots of "standing around" but for safety and comfort of our students, we need adult supervision in the dressing rooms.
The “GIRLS DRESSING” room is located just under the stage (Lower THEATRE), so it’s important only quiet voices are used. Thank you for being on time and staying for the ENTIRE show AND HELPING TO CLEAN UP. (Please do not leave until every child is out of the room.) Please make sure dancers clean up after themselves as they go. Please be sure to leave the room as you found it each night as there are classes that utilize the room each weekday. Do not leave anything in the room until FRIDAY NIGHT!
During down time, please bring a black sharpie to make sure all student items are labeled. For girls dressing room, keep all boys/dads out.
For anyone in Ballet shoes, please make sure all head pieces are pinned well and that ballet shoe laces are tucked into shoes.
No running through the high school halls ever. Take off jewelry or hair bands from wrist.
Bring on TUE and leave until the show ends on SAT
Since there is not a place to hang costumes in any of the dressing rooms, we would love some volunteers to bring rolling garment racks. You should plan to label the rack(s) you bring with your last name. The racks will remain at the high school until you pick them up on Saturday night after the show. We will place a rack in the small girls dressing room, and the rest in the large girls dressing room / lower theatre.)
Dancers will be in the lower dressing room on stage right.

This person is responsible for selling any tickets we have available for that particular show day. Tickets for any upcoming shows need to be purchased online through the ticket sale link. Please give sales to the House Manager when show starts. If the show is sold out, please plan to be one of our ticket takers for the evening.
