Ticket Purchasing Information

Volunteer Ticket Presale Information

Volunteers will receive two separate emails from no-reply@dancerecitalticketing.com no later than this evening:

 Email #1: Presale Access Code

• Gives you early access to the ticket site beginning 6PM on October 22nd.

 Email #2: Gift Card / Discount Code + PIN

• This code will be applied at checkout.

 Important Reminders

• Do NOT test your codes before purchasing. Doing so may deactivate them.

• If you volunteered for multiple roles, you will still receive only one presale code and one gift card code reflecting your total discount.

• You may purchase up to 8 tickets per show during the presale.

• Each code is one-time use — please plan your ticket purchase carefully if buying for multiple shows.

 Code Delivery & Support

• Codes will be sent to the same email you used to sign up on signup.com — please ensure it was entered correctly.

• Presale code emails will arrive October 21st (afternoon/evening).

• If you do not receive your code by October 22nd, and you have already checked spam/promotions folders, email renee@elevationdancestudio.com ON OCTOBER 22ND BEFORE presale opens at 6PM.

• Your Gift Card/Discount Code will arrive in a separate email and will include a code + PIN to enter at checkout under GIFT CARD.
