During their visit to Ping Tung in southern Taiwan, Dr. Martini and Mr. Monson embarked on a comprehensive tour of the local chocolate industry. Their itinerary included a trip to the TC Chocolate Farm and Shop, the Qu Fang Organic Cacao Farm, and the Fu Wan Chocolate Factory and Shop. The journey provided an immersive experience - from the cacao tree to the chocolate bar. The duo ventured into cacao farms, cracked open cacao pods, savored cacao pulp juice, and learned about the local fermentation process and chocolate production. Naturally, the trip also involved sampling a variety of chocolates.
